| Important information Please read the following important information carefully. By sending the booking form to JUMO, you are acknowledging that you have read and accepted this information. Training location see Our venues at a glance... Participation Please book by e-mail, fax or letter. The number of participants for individual courses is limited. Bookings will be dealt with in the order of the date of reception. You will receive prompt confirmation that your booking has been received. You will receive a separate Certificate of Attendance to the course about 14 days before it starts. Accommodation On request, we will book single-room accomodation in our contracted partner hotel Lenz (payment at the hotel reception) for seminars held in Fulda. The hotel is only a three minutes walk away from the training center. Cancellation If you are unable to take part in a course that is already booked, please let us know at least 14 days before the course starts. For a later cancellation we must charge 50% of the course fees. Of course, it is possible to send a replacement participant. We reserve the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants has not been reached five days before the course begins, or to offer an alternative date. Fees The costs are listed in the seminar program, and are ex-sales tax / VAT, so the currently valid sales tax / VAT must be added. Training documentation, beverages and the midday meal are included. The fees for each participant must be paid on receipt of the invoice, without any deductions. Reductions are given if a company sends more than one participant: 2 participants 10%, 3 participants 15%, 4 participants 20%, 25% for 5 or more participants. Changes May be made for important reasons. On-site customer seminars We are pleased to be able to offer these courses externally, and specially tailored to your company, if appropriate, provided that a minimum number of participants (3-4) are delegated. |
