Target group
Commissioning, servicing and maintenance personnel who wish to acquire
knowledge of the action of the P, I and D controller components.
Aims
You will become familiar with the action of a PID controller and will
know how to influence the control action by altering the parameters Xp,
Tn and Tv.
Requirements
Basic technical knowledge.
Contents
In this seminar we will explain the function of a PID controller using
a proportional controller as an example:
- Action of the P,
I and D controller components
- Step responses
of the different controllers
- Influencing the
control action through the control parameters Xp, Tn
and Tv
- Selecting suitable
controllers for different processes
- ptimizing a PID
controller in an unknown process
- practical work
Note:
This seminar will be offered free of charge to engineering classes and
students of control and automation technology on special dates in Fulda.
