The foundation of our customers' satisfaction is formed by the fully developed JUMO products – but a properly functioning after-sales service is just as important.

In Germany, JUMO has six branches and seven sales offices. Eleven independent European subsidiaries, plus one in the USA and 27 agencies around the world demonstrate the international character of the JUCHHEIM group of companies. This means, that there is always a team from the JUMO sales force close to the customer, who can provide advice and help on the spot.

Intensive communication between the individual offices and company headquarters ensures comprehensive service for the customers. For us, it's taken for granted, that the equipment and expertise of our service staff is always state-of- the-art.

  Quality management during commissioning

JUMO products meet the latest industrial standards, and can be integrated into new or existing systems without any problems. On request, we will carry out the commissioning and optimization of the controls, to ensure the maximum effectiveness of your investment.
     
  Repair service

Unambiguous fault diagnosis and perfect fault elimination mean that repairs can be carried out in the shortest possible time.

Please help us (and yourself) by using the repair waybill.
You can choose either the normal repair waybill, or the repair waybill for hazardous substances.
The latter must be used for products that have been in contact with
hazardous substances.

Print out the one you need, and include it in the package for repair.

     
  Consumables and spare parts

... must always be available. This does not always require a large store. About 5000 items are kept on the shelves.

The JUMO spare-parts service is fast and reliable: 80 % of orders are processed within three working days. Urgent orders can be dispatched within 24 hours.
